Financial Assistance

The cost of tuition for specialized education for a child can often be an unexpected weight to a family budget. If affording tuition causes financial strain, please talk with us.  Know that the first thing we will emphatically state is that we encourage all families, regardless of ability to pay to apply. Like every community, ours is made stronger by its people.  A diversity of people makes for a stronger community.

We disbursed $350,000 is grants in 2023/24. Awards have ranged from $5000 to $25,000.  All grants are based on demonstrated financial need. We partner with SSS by NAIS to ensure equity and verification in award decisions.

Parents must reapply each year to receive continued financial assistance.  Awards are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to Apply for Financial Assistance

Financial Aid for Unexpected Circumstances

We understand that families may experience unforeseen financial challenges after enrollment agreements and financial aid awards have been finalized in January. Life circumstances can change suddenly, resulting in unexpected financial hardship at any time. We encourage families facing unexpected financial difficulties after January to reach out to us if the need arises. We may be able to offer support if budgetary constraints allow it.  We ask that you complete an application in SSS by NAIS (see instructions above), where you can provide a detailed narrative of your current situation along with your financial documentation. Our Board will consider these requests during their upcoming monthly meeting and respond as promptly as possible. To begin this process, please contact Annie Crowder.

Thank you for being part of our community.
